Main Features:

1. High automatization and intellectualization

The whole working process is completed by the machine automatically. The touch screen can monitor and adjust the operating status of every structure, able to automatically detect problems.


2. High output and low energy consumption

XILI machine's one cavity output can reach 1000~1500bph. On the condition of same bottle neck diameter, just change the mould, it can make bottles with different shape and volume on the same machine. Each heating unit has 6-8 layers infrared lamp, and it can save energy through adjusting the infrared lamp according to the height of preform. The energy consumption of XILI machine is just 70% of other company machine, and the rejection rate is 0.2 percent only.


3. Main components use well-known brand to ensure machine running stable

Our electrical parts use Schneider/Mitsubishi brand. The pneumatic parts use FESTO brand, high-performance PLC and high-speed positioning of servo motor to ensure our machine running stable.


4. Technology innovation in clamping system

Standard series blow molding machine uses the cylinder to drive the crank to control the clamping system, and it can avoid the swelling mold and big mold line under the effect of pressurization plate. High-speed series blow molding machine uses the servo motor to drive the double crank to control the clamping system with no need of pressurization plate, which shortens the time of clamping mold and improves productivity.


5. New technology used in preform loader

When preform loader uploads the preform, every tunnel has a photoelectric sensor to inspect the preform to insure the preforms are averaged in every tunnel. if one tunnel is in lack of preforms in allowed time, the warning system will warn to filling preforms into the hopper instead of stopping the whole machine. It ensures the machine go on wheels.


6. Open-type heating system

Xili blow molding machines adopt open-type heating system, making full use of hot air flow as a heat transfer medium, and lengthened heating orbit is to prolong the heating time. By measuring, it saves nearly half the energy that closed heating system consumed.


7. Single structure and Low maintenance cost

XILI blow molding machines are all of linear-type structure, very easy to operate and maintain. It is well-known that the price of non-standard pieces is higher at least half than the standard one. Xili machine's simple structure and the usage of standard pieces decide low maintennance, and it can save much cost for you.


8. Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor, which can directly inline with filler machine VC.
