1. Installation and debugging service

Installation and debugging of equipment are free of charge. Our professional and experienced engineers are responsible for the installation and debugging service till the whole machine runs well. Besides, we offer one year’s after-sale service for free in warranty period. After that, we also provide lifelong maintenance, timely and quality maintenance service and technical support.

2. Technical training

We offer free training of devices’ operation and maintenance to customer and relevant staffs. In order to make sure your staffs are familiar with all the performance, operation and maintenance of devices, we can also train them in the same kind of factory or places except normal training. In addition, we held variety of professional training for customer to mast the technology better.

3. Service time

In order to minimize your losses caused by machine halt, we will reply your questions in one hour. If we can’t solve the problem by phone to your requirement which impacts your production, we promise that our engineer will come to you in 24 hours (in Guangdong province) / 48 hours (out of Guangdong province) after your call. (In addition to the factors that force majeure.)

4. Service time commitment

According to national standard of large equipment, medium equipment and small equipment, we promise to finish the repairing in 24-30 hours for minor repair, 2-3 days for heavy repair under the serving condition.

5. Periodic routine inspection service

To ensure the equipment runs stably and smoothly in a long-term, we provide one or two times door-to-door combined free service. After service, you can write about our service’s condition on the service report and signature on the service card. Both regular service check and yearly maintenance and repair, our service engineer must submit a detailed report for your reference, so that you always know well about your equipment.

6. Spare parts service

In order to reduce your company’s cost of spare parts and offer you a better service, we have sufficient equipment spare parts in our storehouse. So, we can provide all the spare parts at any time both for maintenance and repair.
