Bottle Screw Feeding
The distance between the bottles transported by the screw is equal to the distance between the star wheel drive bottles and is synchronized. Stop the equipment in time to avoid damage.
Middle Star Wheel
Middle star wheel: the star wheel is made of high polymer polyethylene. When changing the bottle shape, the whole star wheel is replaced, and the handle is replaced quickly
Oil Tank
The oil cylinder adopts the cone body, which forms the arc Angle at the welding, making cleaning more convenient and less residual. The oil cylinder bottom Angle becomes the cone surface, which can almost clean the residual materials of the oil cylinder.
Slewing Bearing
The whole machine adopts big rotary bearing imported, so that the equipment can run smoothly without vibration, with high load and long service life.

Full Bottle Conveying System
Configurations:
High efficiency SEW motor (energy efficiency IE4 level) are adopted for all motors. Each motor contains motor reducer of the same brand. The exposed bearing end should be equipped with protective cover. All motors are equipped with frequency control;
The frame is made of S/S 304, chain plate and guard plate are made of polymer plastic.
Side plate is made of 3.5mm S/S 304;
