Description: 

The juice filling machine is a hot filling machine that integrates washing, filling and sealing. It is suitable for filling various juice drinks, such as blueberry juice, kiwi juice, pear juice, grape juice, apple juice, orange juice, etc.

There are no dead ends for filling valves and materials in and out of the pipeline. It is also equipped with a CIP self-cleaning interface. There is a RO water rinsing device before the cap to ensure that there is no mold on the bottle. A magnetic torque-type capping head is adopted to realize the functions of gripping and capping. The capping torque is infinitely adjustable and has the function of constant-torque capping. The juice beverage machine adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, frequency converter control, etc.

1. Air feeding device is adopted for bottle feeding, and bottleneck mode of hanging card is adopted, the bottle feeding speed is fast and the bottle will not be deformed;

2. The filling valve adopts a new micro-pressure filling principle, which is quantitative and accurate;
