Main Features:
1. Forging mould shelf
Mould shelfs use forged steel components which effectively prevent it from cracks, blisters, looseness and other casting defects. Its advantages include high mechanical strength, stable processing quality and high yield .
2. Module generalization
It includes rack assembly, mould assembly, stretching mechanism, heating light-boxes, wind-box, heating chain, mechanical hand, blowing unit, air supply treating device, gas (oil & water) dispenser, etc.
3. Low noise
The rotating slide uses reasonable guide curve to minimize mechanical vibration and noise generated when it works. The whole machine is fully enclosed and there are silencer and acoustic insulation inside. All of this reduce the noise well together.
4. High degree intelligence
The data on the human-machine interface reflects how the machine is running. If a failure occurs, maintenance person can repair it quickly according to the fault type which will also be displayed on the man-machine interface.
