1. Automatic and efficient feeding system

   Feeding system adopts fully automatic equipment to arrange the rambling performs into a neat row. Meanwhile, under the action of the impeller, the arranged preforms will be put into the tunnel one by one and fast sent to the preform loading machine through the tunnel for waiting loading.

There are two detection switches on the tunnel. If perform lacking in the setting time alarm, then the alarm system will warn the operator to add preforms into the hopper instead of stopping the machine make the operating process more intelligent and safe.

The fully automatic feeding system not only realize the unscrambling action quickly and efficiently, save the labor cost, but also increase the stability of operation.

2. Fast and accurate loading system

    During the transmission process, arranged preforms in the tunnel will be distributed to each position and then transmit to the perform loading manipulators. Preforms exactly insert into the heating head and will be reinforced a set by preform pressing device for ensuring the exact positioning of preforms. This is helpful to heat the preforms evenly, which will ensure the mould close exactly and the preforms stretch and shape the bottle smoothly. The accurate fixing device promote the stability of system work.

3.  High performance servo positioning system.

    We use servo position system of Mitsubishi to locate in high speed, finding the position of chain by fiber sensor and photoelectric switch, then PLC positioning module send high speed signal. After amplifying signal pass to the servo motor, high exactitude rolling encoder is used to inspect the position of chain and give feedback to the controlling system. Finally, PLC and positioning module do location work in order to fast and accurately locate the whole chain operation, which features high precision, fast feedback and good stability and makes chain go fast and smooth. Preforms located in the position of each bottle neck ensure moulds clamping accurately. What is more, user can conveniently modify the displacement parameters on the touch screen to do the positioning adjustment, this greatly improve the blowing efficiency.

    Unique designed mechanical protection and automatic reset system: Motor has overloading protection device. Preform loading manipulator and perform fetching manipulator have timeout and other alarm protection. Even if machine breakdown, it will react to different situations so as to realize automatic following. The trouble analysis which shown on touch screen can fast help the system to restore and run.

4. Energy-saving and high efficient heating system

Xili blow molding machines adopting open heating system, make full use of hot air flowing as a heat transfer medium, and through lengthening heating orbit to prolong the heating time, and design a self-transfer area for PET performs. Meanwhile, according to the actually needed temperature of performs, it will select the appropriate voltage on the pressure gauge, which can adjust the perform temperature within 0.5% to meet the technological requirements and completely ensure the heating quality.  By measuring, open heating system realize nearly 50% energy saving than closed heating system consumed.

    Heating oven is automatic closed-loop regulating system which can feedback mutually and output the power constantly proportionally. The lamp tubes increased can ensure and prolong the durable life, reduce the production cost. The width and height of heating space can adjust constantly, which can fill with variety specification of preforms. Additional, The heating light box can turn over above 90°outwardwhich is convenient to replace the lamp-tube. There is an air cooler or water cooler on the bottom of light box, which can absorb the surplus heat to ensure the perform neck non-deformable. With rotation heating by the sprocket chain, performs is evenly heated and has even thickness of bottle after blown, efficiently improve the rate of blown bottle.

5.  Stable and high efficient blowing and clamping system

Molding system adopts cylinder to rapidly promote the mold shrinking and stretching through flexible arm, which works with pressurize plate can effectively solute general problem such as swelling mould and bulky molding line. Such simple clamping manipulator structure will be specially designed basing on the bottle height, which balance clamping pressure of each part on bottle in the blowing process so that makes machine running more stably. Equipped detecting switch before blowing system, no perform no blowing, which can save energy and air, prolong durable life of machine.

The same type of blowing machine in the market widely use hydraulic clamping device. This device will appear to abrade after long time running. This situation is almost impossible to repair. With the daily abrasion of oil pump, all will cause the decline of clamping force. Also with the aging of hydraulic oil pipe, there is a danger of oil leak and even blowout.

6. Fully automatic discharging system, connect with air conveyor

     In-feeding and out-feeding system use manipulators to avoid performs and bottles being polluted. Manipulator is made of aluminum alloy with precise processing, which flexibly contact with performs and bottles for avoiding neck scratching. Blown bottle will be fetched by fetching manipulator and put on unscrambling clamping., then connect with filling machine through air conveyor. If no need to connect with conveyor, it can be settled to packing process. Namely to say bottles won’t be blown to air conveyor, but be packed separately.

 

7. Easily operation and low maintenance cost

   Due to the simplified structure, there is no high technical level requirements for the operator. General operator can easily operate and maintain the machine after short time training. Changing mould is more easier. If neck diameter is same, it only takes one hour to proceed on production, which can blow bottles with different shape and different volume.

    Human-computer interface is a color touch screen, which is intuitive and easy to understand. On the touch screen, we can adjust the chain speed and find the cause of alarm, which features rapid response, easily operation and can save variety of processing parameters. Freely to transfer real-time data and recipe. To realize Human-Machine interaction, it avoid the possible contamination and meet the strict food or medical packing hygienic standard.
