Product Introduction
CSD Filling Line is used for rinsing, filling and capping with plastic cap for PET bottled CSD (soda, water, ice tea, etc.). It adopts rinser-filler-capper(3 in 1) monoblock, occupying less space. The parts which contact with liquid are made up of high-quality stainless steel, all liquid pipeline interior and exterior are sanitary polished pipe. PET bottles are conveyed throughout the machine by grippers which hold the neck of the bottle during the whole process. This filling line applies counter pressure type isobaric pressure filling principle, and the filling flow is fast and stable.

The neck handling is carried out by grippers through bottle transmission, and it achieves full automatic rinsing, filling and capping through PLC control.
