Due to the high and reliable performance, our Automatic Blowing Bottle Machine makes plastic particles into hollow containers through a blow molding process. After the liquid plastic is sprayed out, the plastic body is blown to the mold cavity of a certain shape by using the wind force blown by the machine to make a product. By rotating the bottle itself and simultaneously rotating in the track in the infrared preheater, the permeability is strong, the heat distribution is good and rapid.
The length of the lamp tube and reflector in the preheating zone can be adjusted by the automatic preheating device, and the eternal temperature in the preheater, so that the preheater is preheated into a shape. Each mechanical action is equipped with a safety automatic lock device, which has high safety and makes the program enter a safe state when certain programs fail.
